I guess I can understand that feeling. When you make a habit of something, that something almost becomes a part of you. Actually-I think it does become a part of you. It’s like a little part of life that occasionally becomes halted and put to sleep for a while. It’s sad when a journey closes; but you can always look back and remember that journey and try to think of something important-small or not- that occurred. Maybe God said something to you when you were somehow still awake at 3am; maybe you finally understood something about yourself or others on that walk through the airport; maybe you finally stepped “out of your comfort zone” in a certain area of your life or self. I always find comfort in those things whenever I feel like I’m lost without a “habit.” I guess I figure everything happens for a reason–whether for private reflection at home or for furthering myself as a Christian. Just some thoughts I wanted to share :)

I love this amazing architecture. I’m really interested in arts so I know the most famous hotel of the world. I have never been to Dubai but I’d really like to visit the hotel and make some photos. In future, I will earn my own money and maybe I will not be afraid anymore to see other places on earth. Or to fly…
That was an awesome commercial. I thought it was so cool how the guy was diving into the ocean from like really high up (I don’t know how high it was, but it was high). I like the music that you did for it, and I remember that Hotel from the cover of ocean eyes… At that time I didn’t know that name of it until later :)
On a side note, I started watching some of the videos that come up on the side and they were all of you and so funny and cute! (>_<) I couldn't help but laugh at how you're funny. _>)

That was on the Ocean Eyes cover right? (aka one of the most awesome album covers ever) I loved the song to! Very Port Blue sounding and calming. You make my Mondays better, and that’s a huge compliment cause prior to discovering you’re blog, I hated Mondays with a burning passion. Now I have something to enjoy on Mondays. A lot of other Hoot Owls seem to think the same thing. Thank you! :D

I’ve seen the video already, and it’s amazing! You are so talented, it’s almost unbelievable. Should I ever travel to Dubai, I plan to make reservations there. It’s such a breathtaking hotel. It sort of reminds me of the art museum here in Milwaukee. Hope you’re relaxing and taking it easy, and I hope you had an awesome Thanksgiving. :) God bless.

I thought about Armin van Buuren for several days (although I don’t listen to his songs much, so it was kinda accidental) and today I find out that you made a beautiful song with him! Charming… Stay bright and beautiful. :)
As soon as I realized that was an actual building on the cover, just about the dreamiest fog seemed to fill the air around me. That place is where surrealism lives. It’s amazing that you had the opportunity, and you were really the perfect guy for the job.

Dubai= oil city (not owl city) but props to the imaginative architects/designers who build that kind of stuff. At a glance it’s hard to say whether you’re looking at a building or a sailboat. I honestly thought I was looking at nothing less than 99% photoshop magic (combining a boat and building) when I first saw that thing on the cover of Ocean Eyes.
Nothing but props to you on the score. Fine fine work as always. Precise and powerful.

But on a more serious note,
1) This hotel is so amazing and no WONDER it was the cover of Ocean Eyes. Why did I always think it was a Photoshopped/made-up place? I had nooo idea it really existed!!!! My mind has been blown!!!
2) The score is truly beautiful… as usual. It fits with the commercial perfectly and gives the hotel a complete fantasy feel.

Weird it’s a 7 stars hotel The most Luxurious Hotel in the world. it costs about 10000$ to stay for one night in the normal rooms.

The only other thing I have to say is this:
Whenever my day is horrible and my mood is ill, I have to pull my headphones on and listen to your music. It just lifts up my spirits until I feel like all the problems that I’m having don’t exist anymore. My favorite moments away from my friends are those spent at my laptop typing away about all kinds of crazy ideas in my future novels and listening to Owl City. My favorite parts of my stories come directly from listening to your music and I can get enough of it. I’m so happy that I was introduced to “Lonely Lullaby” this summer, or I’d never have completed my first book in August. Thanks so much, Adam!!! :)

Wow… and all this time I thought the Ocean Eyes cover art was a sailboat (ducks head to avoid pillows and other objects hurtled through the air). If Owl City were a real place, I would imagine it very similar to this… tall, spindly, airy, breathtaking… almost like cloud city from Star Wars, but on the ocean. Great music for the video!

I’m from Mexico, so as you can see, we live far away from each other, so I ‘ve been desperately looking for a way to talk to you somehow and at last I only have this one. I have this strong feeling of love and joy inside my chest when I listen to your beautiful music and not only of Owl City (Owl City is my favorite band) but also Port Blue, Sky sailing and the other amazing musical projects that you’ve done. I want you to know that you helped me to get closer to God, which is a blessing, and you also helped me to be a happier person. If I have any problem or sadness inside my heart I only pray to God and I only read your amazing blog or I hear your music and in a second I replace the sadness for happiness. You’re the best person I ever known, I admire you so much and my biggest wish is to meet you someday. Is the only thing I really want to do before I die.
